Who can apply for a wholesale account?
Independent retailers, boutiques and gift shops, natural food stores and co-ops, spas and salons, and online shops with their own website. Not sure you're a fit? Apply anyway, or give us a call at (440) 248-7627.
What do I need to apply?
Your business details, your sales tax exemption or resale certificate, and a W-9. You can upload both documents (PDF or photo) right in the application, so there's nothing to email separately.
How long does approval take?
We review every application within 1–2 business days. Once you're approved, we'll email you an invitation to activate your wholesale login.
Where will I see wholesale pricing?
Once you're approved and logged in, your wholesale pricing appears on every product across our website. Our wholesale team will share the full program details with your approval.
How do I log in after I'm approved?
Click Log in and enter the email address you applied with. We'll send you a one-time code, so there's no password to remember. If the code doesn't show up, check your spam folder or email wholesale@chagrinvalleysoap.com.
Can I place an order by phone or email?
Yes. Most of our partners order on the website because it's quickest, but our team is always glad to help by phone at (440) 248-7627 or by email.
